Two ways to work with us
For US language service providers
We work as your subcontract vendor for over-the-phone interpreting in languages that are hard to cover, especially overnight US time. Video interpreting follows in 2028.
For immigration lawyers, agencies and families
Each document is translated by one linguist, checked by a second, and delivered as a PDF with a signed certificate of translation accuracy for USCIS and immigration court filings.

Certified translation prices
Every certified translation includes a second-linguist review and a signed certificate of accuracy. Interpreting for language companies is priced per minute; ask for our vendor pack.

A page is up to 250 words; *longer pages are $0.12 a word above 250. Minimum charge $30 per document. Prices in US dollars. Non-profit legal and resettlement agencies pay $25 a page and $0.10 a word. New law firms and nonprofits: your first document is free.

We reply with the price, delivery date and a secure link to upload the document.
One linguist translates; a second checks names, dates and meaning against the original.
You get the translation with a signed certificate of accuracy, ready to file.
Quality and data protection
Every interpreter completes 40 hours of medical interpreter training, an ethics module and scored mock calls before taking live work.
Supervisors score a sample of calls each week where client rules allow, and every translation has a second reviewer.
Company-managed devices, no recordings or documents kept on personal phones, HIPAA-aligned handling for US healthcare clients and compliance with Kenya's Data Protection Act.
